We will run through our AGM formalities + voting of Directors, this will then be followed by the following technical presentation:

Title: Wireless Pipe Recovery

Presented By: Kevin Jones – CEO/Founder - Tenax Energy Solutions

Abstract:

Tenax’s HydraShock continues to be a primary jarring technology used on large diameter coiled tubing strings in some of the harshest environments known to exist in the oil and gas industry. With this technological advancement the HydraCut was born as a new wireless pipe recovery system, and has become the standard in cutting stuck coiled tubing. While working in these complex and difficult environments, TENAX has developed technology for jointed tubular wireless pipe recovery and wireless tubular pressure control services. 

This conversation with the Founder and CEO Kevin Jones is to discuss the challenges and wins in the aforementioned technology and to share our ultimate objective at Tenax Energy Solutions, which is to create and refine an autonomous pipe recovery system. This presentation will give an idea about the course Tenax Energy Solutions is taking to further advance the oil and gas industry.

Following the conclusion of the presentation, all guest's are invited to stay for a networking mixer where drinks and appetizers will be provided.
